All sorts of organisations want you to download white papers: vendors with amazing storage, virtualisation and security solutions. This would be great if these papers contained something of value, but universally they do not.\u00a0 Instead they are behind a registration-wall (or pay-wall), and identified completely by a catchy title with nothing more, and when you do get one, it contains no useful information whatsoever, having been written by marketing droids.<\/p>\n
If you find that you are looking at a white paper when trying to fix an implementation problem, you know that you are not going to make progress.<\/p>\n
